Fishtail Indian and Nepalese Cuisine located in Central Hamilton is looking for three Indian and Nepalese chefs.

Some of the responsibilities of the Indian and Nepalese chefs include:

• Preparing and cooking Indian and Nepalese food
• Minimizing the kitchen cost
• Supervising and guiding assistant chefs in preparing and cooking food
• Checking food quality
• Training kitchen staffs and Indian curry  

Successful applicants must:

• have minimum 4 years' New Zealand experience in Indian and Nepalese restaurant(s).
• Pass a pre-employment drug test and police check
• Be motivated, reliable and hard working 

NZ full driver licence(class 1) is preferred.
