Located in Kennedys Bush, The Bicycle Thief, offers an amazing modern European menu based on local, seasonal produce. The owners are looking for an very experienced chef with the creative flair and energy to maintain and enhance its already impressive reputation.

For this role you will need:

• Experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• A passion for creating amazing food
• Fit well into a tight team
• Operate calmly under pressure in a busy environment
• Be a leader and take control of the kitchen

• Good personal hygiene
• An eye for detail
• Energy and motivation
