We are looking for a confident and charismatic restaurant manager who is passionate about managing the business. and a Chef with minimum of 2 years experience having good knowledge of indian foods and spices.

Ideal candidate for Manager position must -

Hold a current LCQ certificate.

Atleast 2 years’ experience required.

Confidence to lead a team during busy service periods

Able to manage the operations of the restaurant

Ensure guests are provided with 'the best dining experience' and satisfaction

Be good in customer service

And will be responsible for -

• planning menus in consultation with other staff

• organising events held at the restaurant

• handling purchasing and pricing of goods

• maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions

• ensuring compliance with health regulations, and internal presentation policies.

• discussing with customers to assess their experience at the restaurant.

• selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff,

• assist with taking reservations and taking orders

And Ideal candidate for Chef Position must -

• Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Experienced in a similar role
• Creative, and passionate about food and providing high standards of food service
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure

And will be responsible for -

• Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation
• Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies
• Menu planning
