Hotel Waterloo and Backpackers are now seeking a Cafe Front of House to join our friendly and dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person who is career focused and wishes to join our success driven Backpackers. If you have previous experience in similar hospitality roles or are currently employed in the hotel/ backpackers industry and looking to make a change, then this is the opportunity for you!
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Dealing with all customer needs, from taking orders to serving food and handling complaints
- Prioritise the cleanliness of all customer areas
- Assist the chef with any food preparation
- Record and process guests orders
- Making coffees, milkshakes and continental breakfasts to a high standard of taste and hygiene
The ideal candidate will have:
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Restaurant experience in Hospitality or similar roles
- Superior levels of customer service
- Attention to detail
- A positive and friendly attitude
