About Bellini Bar
Bellini is a mix of modern glamour and Auckland Chic, in arguably the best waterfront location in town.
Since the hotel’s opening in 2001, Bellini has positioned itself as a high-end cocktail bar, where people come to see and be seen. Our target customer is upwardly mobile, from the upper socio-economic bracket, often tertiary educated. These guests know about quality alcohol. They come to Bellini to receive excellent service in a relaxed, sophisticated atmosphere, where they will drink expertly mixed cocktails and drinks.
About the role
This is your chance to join our Bellini Bar as F&B Attendant and be part of a lively team dedicated to exceeding expectations, creating a memorable experience and a base of regular guests who keep coming back for more.
Duties/responsibilities
You will be responsible for upholding the highest quality standards for the food and beverage operations. You will work with the team to deliver a high quality service experience that exceeds customer expectations through the following tasks:
- Receive orders and serve customer requests
- Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities
- Efficiently manage settlement of customer accounts.
- Answer Guest queries
Skills/experience
- Friendly, positive, energetic disposition
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
- Motivation to learn new skills and techniques
- Fantastic personal presentation
- Fluent in English
- Flexible availability and reliable
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and mixing of drinks
- Coffee making experience and skills
- Electronic ordering systems experience (MICROS)
- Cashiering experience
