Social Worker - Whānau Kaimahi a Iwi
Te Piki Oranga is a regional Māori health provider delivering health services across Te Tau Ihu, working in a Whānau Ora framework and "Te Ao Māori".
Te Piki Oranga is looking for a registered Social Worker, experienced with working in the community with Māori whanau. This position will be based in Motueka. Hours are part time (20 hours) and flexible. The successful person could start immediately.
The purpose of this role is to:

Enable whanau to access and receive community social services to determine their health and social wellbeing outcomes.
- Develop, implement, monitor and review whānau plans to address identified hauora/health goals.

Work alongside nurses and navigators supporting whanau to achieve their goals
