The Position
This consultative sales role is about working with surgeons and nursing staff to provide surgical solutions within the theatre enviroment. With a commitment to continual support and territory development, this role is about developing a true relationship with your customers. A concentrated small territory allows you to have a real presence in your accounts while developing lasting and meaningful relationships.
This industry leading portfolio coupled with world class training enables you to offer your customers exceptional product knowledge and support .
You will have all the resources and support you need to succeed. In addition an uncapped achievable commission will reward your success.
Experience
Ideally to be successful in this role you will possess the following experience:
- 3yrs+ medical devices /pharmaceutical sales experience
- Hospital exposure
- A driven and proactive approach
- A relevant science/healthcare background
Due to the level of the training this role will suit someone with experience selling into hospitals or those with an interested in transitioning into the space.
