Join our client’s Daily Operations team, building your customer service and admin skills whilst working closely with medical professionals.

The Role:

To support the Daily Operations teams in the delivery of operational activities through the development and implementation of quality administrative practices and techniques. Providing quality daily operations support to the Daily Operations Unit and stakeholders by:

  • Assist with management of day to day office tasks including but not limited to answering phones, clearing and forwarding mail, filing, scanning.
  • Act as a liaison with the payroll teams for queries related to payroll and claims.
  • Provide effective, timely and cost-efficient management of all administration tasks associated with daily operations.
  • Contribute to cover for team absences and peak work load periods in portfolios across the Daily Operations teams based regionally.
  • Accurate maintenance of input into database records and management information systems

  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Can manage conflicting priorities

  • The proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
