Our Radiology Department is fully equipped, providing DR, CR, PACS, general x-ray, emergency, theatre, ICU work, a Dual Source 128 slice scanner CT, DSA, NM, MRI, Ultrasound services within the hospital. The department provides its services to patients 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, sealing its status as an integral part of our Hospitals service delivery.
The position itself calls for an experienced, approachable and professional individual with a team-based approach and an affinity with both patients and staff alike. Your communication skills will be refined and you will be a team player through and through with the ability to cover both the on-call and shift roster. It goes without saying that you will embody the Southern DHB values of Open, Kind, Positive and a Sense of Community in all that you do
This role requires you to hold registration with the New Zealand Medical Radiation Technologists Board with a current APC.
