Kaipara District Council are seeking two experienced Customer Service/Contact Centre management professionals who enjoys providing leadership to Customers Service/Call Centre representatives, enabling them to deliver service excellence that is consistent with industry practice and in line with Kaipara District Council's vision and values. You will have extensive knowledge and experience working with developing, implementing and maintaining customer contact management, and would love to become knowledgeable about all facets of Council business so that you can provide exceptional service to our community.

That's where you come in. On a day to day basis you will be providing leadership to either the Mangawhai or Dargaville Customer Service Centre representatives team, effective provision, installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of the CIC Systems hardware and software (with IT support); providing assistance to the Group Manager and leading customer service delivery best practice, through all customer interface challenges and drive improved customer satisfaction and business improvements for the organisation. This role will provide backup support for the other CSTL and if required you will undertake all CSR role duties and responsibilities.
