The Role: What This Opportunity's All About
Our Specialist Mental Health, Nursing Pool roles see you working across the Hillmorton Hospital and Princess Margaret Hospital sites in all clinical wards and environments and therefore will require adaptability, flexibility, the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people, sound clinical skills, clinical knowledge and confidence. Your excellent communication and clinical skills, diverse mental health knowledge combined with your flexibility to adjust to a variety of clinical environments, is imperative to this role.

A thorough orientation programme will be provided as well as the opportunity to undertake ongoing professional development.
Working:
- Ability to work all shifts on a rotating roster including night shifts is a requirement for this role.
Skills & Experience:
- You will be a NZ Enrolled Nurse with a current practicing certificate
- Responsible and mature attitude with the ability to be adaptable, flexible and solution focused
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a supportive team
- Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with other professionals
