The opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Performance Analyst to join our team in Manukau.
You will provide business performance measurements and insights to the Customer Services team to drive improvement of service delivery.
You will also be an integral part of a team that designs, builds and maintains automated reporting solutions to meet future business needs.
About you
We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical skills to join a busy team who look after operational and performance reporting, as well as deriving insights and making recommendations to management based on our rich datasets. This is a varied and fast paced role where you will be expected to hit the ground running.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to identify gaps and develop solutions for the business.
- Ability to work independently and ask the right questions.
Skills and Experience required for the role are:
- Expertise in developing reports using Excel and Power BI.
- 3-5 years of experience in reporting and analysis of customer driven data or large datasets.
- Tertiary qualified.
- Experience in performance measurement, business planning, Google Analytics, SAP Business Objects or speech/ text analytics tools would be an advantage.
What we offer
In return you’ll be part of a small team that is passionate about customer service data analysis based in Manukau. Working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday; you will have flexibility with how those hours are set. Some of our people begin early, some stay later, and remote working is an option too.
