Bayleys is New Zealand's largest full-service real estate company. We offer expertise in the marketing and sale of residential, rural, commercial and industrial property. Our Christchurch office is looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Accounts team to co-ordinate our payroll and administer accounts payable.
About the role
This is a part-time role of 10-20 hours a week, with flexibility on the days that you work.
You will support our Marketing Accounts Coordinator with accounts payable for 10 Bayleys Canterbury offices. Additionally, you will enjoy working in an often fast-paced environment and understand the importance of accuracy, strict deadlines and confidentiality.
Accounts Payable duties:
- Coding and data entry into creditors system
- Reconciling monthly creditor statements
- Weekly and monthly payments
- Managing debtor accounts
Skills and experience
We require a person who is highly organised and quick to learn, with proven accounts payable experience. A high level of computer literacy and effective oral and written communication skills are essential.
