What is the role?

As a Program Manager, you are responsible for project management and leadership across multiple projects which may include Software and Solutions related to MES, Advanced Process Control and Analytics.  You will hold key responsibilities in planning and implementation of these projects for customers and our Information Solutions business, including a large existing account in the Dairy industry.  

Working with relevant stakeholders, you will support the development of technical and commercial documentation required by projects and proposals.  As the primary project interface, you will develop close partnership with the customer project team and internal sales, development team to ensure successful completion of the projects.  You work act as a delivery representative who works with the sales teams grow our business through scoping, pricing and selling our delivery organization capabilities to customers.

About You

• Proven experience in Software Solutions
• Proven Experience and the manufacturing industry including Mining and Food & Beverage
• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex projects
• Proven experience supporting sales to secure new business to enable growth.
• Great financial management, communication and planning skills
• Ideally previous experience as a consultant in the IT/OT and Manufacturing domains.
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent
• Post Graduate qualifications in Project Management or equivalent
• Ideally PMP certification

• Well-developed leadership skills
• Able to operate as a customer-oriented professional team player and able to function with a large degree of autonomy
• An understanding of how to build and motivate a strong project team.
• Ability to resolve conflict, negotiate and persuade and an understanding of how to build consensus and work toward win/win solutions
• Principled and sound business ethics with an understanding of the need to protect confidential information.
• Flexible in approach and working hours / locations and able to travel to remote sites within South Pacific region.
