About the business
Our client, a significant NZX manufacturing business is embarking on a significant and ambitious transformation program. They require a Lead on this role to oversee a number of new optimisation and growth intiatives across the manufacturing and distribution divisions.
About the role
The sucessful applicant will report into a member of the leadership team and will work across the organisation, project managing the execution of a number identified iniatives whilst managing stakeholders and getting 'buy in' to change.
Skills and experience
The ideal canddiate will have:
- Project Management experience
- Worked in an environment of change and been an influencer of change
- Numeric and ideally come from a commercial, engineering or process background
- At least 6 years of relevant experience
