GRS Consulting Engineers Ltd is an electrical engineering company based in Auckland tackling challenging work throughout New Zealand. Our clients include Manufacturers, Process Engineers, other Professional firms, Contractors and OEM suppliers. We work in most areas of electrical engineering but specialise in a number of key areas including:
- Automation & Process Control
- Power Distribution planning & design
- Hazardous Areas
- Safety Systems
- Building Services
We are currently looking for a Senior Engineer with at least 6 years post-graduation experience to join our busy team. This role will report to the Managing Director.
The responsibilities of this role will include;
- Produce innovative, cost effective and practical designs
- Produce work within cost and time constraints
- End-to-end project management
- Customer relationship management
- Business development
- Performance management and supervision of Engineering staff
As our Senior Engineer you will be one of the key representatives of our business and will act as a primary point of contact for customers, contractors and vendors alike.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in both people and project management with a strong customer focus. They will also be qualified with a B. Eng degree and be a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng). This is an exciting, hands-on role where no two days will be the same, travel throughout NZ will be required and commitment to quality design and on-time delivery is key.
