Reporting to the Managing Director, the Northern Regional Manager will maximise business potential for the company in the New Installation & Modernisation component of the business. This will be achieved by providing guidance, direction and coordination of field staff and the wider organisation of all aspects of the installation and modernisation operations in line with company policies.
Mobility needs you
To succeed in this role you will:
- Have 7+ years of experience in Project Management
- Have solid knowledge in elevator systems
- Have practical experience in working with commodity and major projects/High Rise construction environments
- Be experienced working in cross functional roles across direct/indirect reports
- Be experienced in construction project cost forecasting
- Have strong written and verbal communication
- Be meeting challenging KPI targets
- Be involved in negotiation of projects (contracts/change orders/Final Accounts etc.)
- Have project management capacity planning
- Be coaching & mentoring project managers
- Be managing internal processes
- Have strong business acumen
- Have computer skills - Microsoft Office, MS Project and SAP
- Have ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people with diverse backgrounds throughout all levels and disciplines
- Have ability to develop and maintain positive cooperative, team oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers, clients and others in contact with the job
