As an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer you will be working within the "Asset Performance" team involved in providing expert advice to Asset Owners and Building Managers to improve the operation, control, management and planning of existing HVAC assets in commercial buildings across Auckland. Your day to day duties will include conducting site surveys, design and upgrades of HVAC and BMS systems, overseeing installation and commissioning, full client and job management, etc. 

As the successful candidate you will have:

• At least 10 years experience working as an Mechanical Engineer ideally with a mix of contractor and consultancy experience. NZ experience preferred but solid overseas candidates will be considered.
• Experience designing Mechanical building services systems with some BMS knowledge
• Proficiency in various software including Carrier, AutoCAD, etc.
• Excellent time management and team work skills
• Strong job management skills
• Excellent English communication skills  - written and verbal
