We are seeking applications from Builders wanting to step up, Site Supervisors, Site Managers or Site Foreman to join this well-known and well-established medical mobility and health provider who are leaders in the healthcare industry across New Zealand.
  
You will be working as a Project Coordinator / Project Manager to manage and oversee the interior installation of their innovative equipment within the healthcare industry.
  
This role is a critical part of the team, helping to ensure the company deliver on projects in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining their excellent reputation. You will be the person with their finger on the pulse, providing highly proficient and effective coordination of project information between all stakeholders. You will be responsible for dealing with main contractors, scheduling, organising subcontractors, arranging for site installation, tracking job progress & quality assurance. This role is responsible for coordinating projects in the BOP and surrounding regions, therefore you will need strong organisation and the ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks well. The ability to remain calm under pressure, dealing with interruptions while maintaining the highest standard in your work is essential for success in this role.
  
Operating across commercial new builds and refurbishment sectors, you will be responsible for the project co-ordination, planning, scheduling, overseeing the project installations and delivery and completing final quality assurance site checks.
  
Skills and experience needed for this Project Co-Ordinator position:
  • Proven contract and project management experience
  • Solid experience and skills using MS Word and MS Office
  • Ability to be a critical thinker and problem solve quickly and efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills and experience meeting with key stake holders
  • Proven history building and maintaining successful relationships with effective communication skills
  • Highly organised with excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • New Zealand construction experience
