With well over 50 years experience working on projects throughout the New Zealand construction industry, this is a market leading medium sized, main contractor. Projects range across commercial/industrial, high end apartments/residential, design & build and remediation.
With a couple of new projects secured and continued growth, a need has arisen for a Site Manager to deliver an interesting but complex project.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Day to day Site Management
- Ensuring adherence to project specifications, costs and time.
- Management of Foreman/Leading hands
- Supervision of site
- Reporting progress
- Meeting subcontractors
- Preparing site reports
- Overseeing H&S
Previous Site Management/Supervisory experience is desirable for this role as is experience delivery projects of a similar type.
