This well respected national main contractor has been in Wellington for a number of years and have carved a reputation for completing projects on time and to budget. They now have an opportunity for a Construction Management Cadet to join the team.

Based on site with some exposure to head office operations, this role will see you report to an experienced Senior Project Manager. You will be assisting with the project team and be expected to work hard to achieve your goals. The successful candidate will be placed on a comprehensive cadet training programme where your targets and achievements will be clearly mapped out.

You will need to have graduated with a relevant degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or Building Science. Ideally you will have had some exposure on site through previous roles in a hands on trade or labouring position.
