With over 25 years industry experience, this privately owned, Auckland based Commercial Construction company are a true market leader. They pride themselves on a flat management structure, a ‘family feel’ and a team who are highly qualified and experienced.
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an Estimator to come on board and join this high performing team.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Estimating for all commercial projects up to $25mil
- Maximise business development
- Dealing with multiple tenders at the same time
- Take-offs
- BOQ production
- Review of processes and systems
- Implement changes to improve efficiency
- Liaising with sub-contractors, clients and consultants
To be successful in your application, you will need to a minimum of 5 years experience in a Quantity Surveying or Estimating role. A relevant qualification is preferred.
