Project Director required for leading Construction Consultancy based in Wellington.
Your new company

Your new role
As the new Project Director in Wellington, you will be responsible for leading a team of Project Managers as well as being actively involved within the delivery of high-profile Commercial Construction projects. All facets of line management, training, leadership, winning new business and maintaining key stake-holder relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 10 to 15 years experience as a Senior Project Manager from a consultancy background
- You must have New Zealand experience
- Business development and account management
- Vertical Commercial Construction Project management experience
- Exceptional leadership and line management skills
- Existing contacts, and exceptional relationship management skills
