Due to the growth in Auckland’s construction market our client needs to bring on two experienced civil supervisors to work on a pipeline of exciting projects based all over the greater Auckland area, the right candidate should have extensive civil construction experience and great managerial skills with a great focus on health and safety.
Key skills, experience and attributes required:
- Civil construction qualification or relevant experience
- Setting out skills
- Ability to read interpret plans accurately
- Genuine focus on Health and Safety at work
- Machine operating experience
- Effective communication skills
- Right to work in New Zealand essential
- Ability to engage and motivate colleagues
- Promote a one team approach to project delivery
- Ability to manage project progress to meet targets
- Basic computer ability
