Project Manager required to join a small, tight-knit residential home builder, with a focus on delivering a mutli unit development in Mt Wellington.
Client Details
Due to the booming housing market my client is seeking an experienced Project Manager that would hit the ground running project managing 15 multi storey units from start to completion.
Description
As project manager you will be required to manage the construction of a multi unit development. These projects will be 2 or 3 storey builds. You will oversee daily activities and be responsible for ensuring all projects fit within the set budgets and contractors are working to a high standard.
Profile
The ideal candidate would possess some if not all of the following:
- Experience in the New Zealand Construction Industry either in Residential or Commercial.
- A Trade Certification in Carpentry or joinery would be advantageous.
- Experience dealing with clients
- A passion and drive in the industry
- LBP Accreditation is also advantageous
Job Offer
Competitive salary based on experience of between $90k - $105K + Vehicle
