An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who is seeking a long career with one of Australia’s leading builders.
  
An immediate position exists on in our new offices in Auckland.
  
The successful candidate will be responsible for administration of all commercial activities of a project. This role will also be responsible for advising and instructing the project team members on compliance with commercial requirements set out in the head contract, subcontracts, consultant and supply agreements, quality management systems, policies, guidelines and project specific procedures.
  
The ideal candidate will:

• Possess a relevant degree and 7+ years’ QS/CA experience in the Auckland building sector preferably with a well-known and reputable builder
• Be quality focused and can assess risk
• Be able to negotiate and influence outcomes
• Show initiative and adaptability
