A Successful main contractor is now seeking an experienced Site Manager!
The Opportunity
This reputable main contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager who can take responsibility of their own sites and projects. Candidates must have a background in Site Management with structural and commercial experience. Must be capable of setting up and delivering the jobs to a high standard.
As Site Manager it is imperative that you are technically competent with a trade background so you understand the work that you are undertaking. A commercial construction background is ideal with the ability to multitask.

Duties Include:
Key Criteria:
- Liaison with key stakeholders
- Coordinating all subcontractors, suppliers and material deliveries
- Must understand structures
- Ensuring project completion with timescale and budget
- Ensuring all subcontractors and employees adhere to all OH&S requirements
- Manage all sub‐contractors to ensure they know the programme, and where appropriate, develop individual programmes for trades to work towards, resulting in the project being delivered on time
- Demonstrate professional management of projects using the appropriate methodology for each stage
- Work with the Senior Project Manager/Project Manager to ensure that project expenditure is within the agreed budget
