The brief- Based in Auckland my client a residential construction company needs A Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The job itself - Working alongside the director of the business you will be working on predominantly housing New Zealand projects, dealing with Housing New Zealand and managing subtrades. As the workload grows the director will be looking to add a junior or intermediate to the team who will report to you.
To be successful - As a Senior QS I would expect you be diploma or degree Qualified, strong experience across building contracts with good understanding of master build contracts and 3910.
