Small Commercial Contractor based in Porirua, competitive salary and car package.
Your new company
Established in 2014, this small Commercial Contractor is looking to take on their first Quantity Surveyor and Estimator, they have a small team of 9 with an office based in Porirua. Interior spaces in office, retail and hospitality and everything commercial up to the value of $1 Million.
Your new role
As a Quantity Surveyor and Estimator, you will be supporting the Project Managers in the office and on-site, Estimating processors, contract set ups, managing sub-trades and variations and pricing jobs.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experienced in Quantity Surveying an Estimating or be an experienced builder that is good with numbers and quotations, the salary on offer is dependant of this and all skill levels may apply. Further to this you will need the following:
