This highly reputable company is in need of a Site Manager to join their team on a large commercial project.
Your new company
Your new company is highly reputable in the construction industry and are continuously picking up new commercial projects. Due to this they are in need of a Site Manager to join their team.
Your new role
Your key responsibilities will include the management of sub-contractors and teams, overseeing the project to completion with the support of the Project Manager and management team. You will prepare site reports and ensure that the project adheres to cost, specifications and time frame.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will need a minimum of 5 years experience within the construction industry.
- Full Drivers Licence.
- Sound decision making and management skills.
- Programming experience.
- Site Safe gold card or above.
- Strong understanding of building regulations and H&S codes.
