About the role

We are currently looking for a contact centre ‘Super Star’ to join our small friendly customer care team at Roam experiences. This role will be on a Part Time - Fixed term basis (25 hours per week, involving evening and weekend work, with a finish time of 10pm). This fixed term contract will go through until November 2018.

The ideal candidate will pride themselves on providing a personal touch to our customers, while upholding a flexible and professional approach.  

 

Duties:

 Our Customer Care Representatives responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining the customers' website, email and telephone enquiries.
  • Providing timetabling and service information.
  • Arranging group bookings.
  • Liaising with corporate agents.
  • Frequent email and phone communication.

 Skills and Experience:

  •  Call centre/contact centre or similar experience.
  • Confident multi-tasking and tracking task progress (we operate a comprehensive contact tracking system and you must be able to navigate).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel.
  • An upbeat and professional phone manner is essential to this role, as you will be interacting with the full range of Roams’ customers.
  • Upselling of products and services.
  • Ability to handle complaints professionally.
