Part Time Customer Service Administrator
Potential Job Share (2 or 3 days with flexibility for additional days when required) or 5 days.
Hours of work Monday to Friday 12pm -5pm.
Working for Loaf, you will be one of the friendly voices at the end of the phone. This Customer Service/Administrator role will see you responsible for dealing with phone, EDI & e-mail orders and entering them into our system and preparing production reports for the bakery team.
Along with liaising with customers and external delivery companies, you will also provide administrative support to the accounts & purchasing team.
In order to be considered for this role you will need to have the following attributes:
- Have an excellent phone manner and proven customer service skills
- Be detail focused and accurate
- Have the ability to work independently within a team environment
- Well organised, professional and have a mature outlook
- Highly proficient in English spoken & written language
This role will suit a self-motivated, confident, hard-working go-getter who believes in providing outstanding customer service and going the extra mile when needed.
