Customer Service Representative  (Monday to Friday, 11am - 7pm)

We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our New Plymouth team. responsible for inbound and outbound calls.

You will resolve customer enquiries by phone and email, matching the needs of our customers with our service, analysing any problems they are experiencing and generally doing whatever it takes to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the services we provide.

These enquires vary in nature so we need someone who thrives on problem-solving, is proactive, has high attention to detail and the ability to follow through.

Other skills we're looking for include:

  • Sound computer skills
  • An interest in using technology

  • Proven time management skills

  • Outstanding customer service skills that come naturally

You need a willingness to 'get stuck in' and work effectively within our fun and fast-paced workplace.
