Developing their customers staff capability is the name of the game for this entity. They have a unique proposition which can only add value, at all levels, to the customers they interact with, and there are numerous examples of this.
  
While you will be inheriting a high performing team, there is still considerable "up-side" in terms of broader customer engagement, “service” development and potential results, particularly with recent strategic acquisitions, but always aligned to the organisations customer driven, “win-win” philosophy. You will be at the core of driving this, both personally and through the team performance. Alongside the general management/leadership of the Wellington entity, facilitating senior level engagement with the key customers through to CEO level is expected,. Enhancing the confidence and capability of the team to move to that level of engagement will be a key outcome of your ongoing success.
  
This is not a product driven environment. It is all based on service, having the capacity to build unique and often bespoke programmes tailored to the needs of customers and/or sectors, a rather unique proposition in itself. The delivery of these programmes leads to increasing your customers staff capability through upskilling and achievement of standards.
  
As an experienced General Manager, you will exhibit tangible experience in:
  
• Effective leadership across multi-functional teams, championing the strong values inherent across the organisation.
• Enhancing a results driven environment, through proven development and    delivery of strategy, to deliver expected P&L outcomes.
• Ideally, exposure to, or experience in, the broader HR &/or L&D environments.
• Maximising the potential of senior level customer engagement, this creating opportunity for the team
