The purpose of the role is to ensure the terminal assets pertaining to the aeronautical division consistently enhance customer experience, both from a presentation and fit for purpose point of view. It also oversees front-line customer service (help desks and reception), and seamless co-ordination of events through the terminal.

Key functions of this role:

  • Ensure Supplier and Airport remains fully compliant with all terms and conditions of Service Agreements
  • Provide robust Governance assurance with regard to Supplier meetings, performance reporting and the management of Service Level Credits and Earnbacks
  • Actively manage service delivery via the SLA and supporting mechanisms within the Agreement
  • Ensure the terminal is presented to a high standard and is within the company's guidelines
  • Identify and resolve passenger (and visitor) issues, as they pertain to the terminal assets, through facilitation and collaboration
  • Develop and implement structured processes to enable collaboration around passenger experience management
  • Promote and implement customer feedback, and assessment structures and processes
  • Ensure that all customer service help desks and the operations centre reception are resourced adequately, and are fully optimised at the right time of day and delivering the right level of service and information
  • Facilitate operational links between the Airport and its suppliers that will improve the efficiency of overall business operations
  • Leadership of two specialist operational forums (Maintenance and Customer Experience), driving cross functional collaboration that is highly valued by those involved between the Airport and its internal and external suppliers

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Ideally a three year degree with a focus on management (preferably with a Health and Safety Qualification)
  • Ideally five years' experience working within a high functioning business
  • Facilities and maintenance management
  • Strong experience in end to end customer feedback management
  • Knowledge in service provider management and commercial negotiation.
