The role

As General Manager (Commercial), and part of our Executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy and tactical delivery of the sales, marketing and commercial activity across all market sectors and to all customers.

Your objective will be to ensure customer centricity and oversee development and implementation of marketing strategies across the organisation, innovation in product/ service and process, and strong financial performance.

You will work closely with your peers in the executive team to support overall business performance and growth. Some travel is required to support our operation.

About you

You will be able to demonstrate past success in a competitive, commercial environment that includes implementing change, the introduction and management of customer centric processes, and business development. Experience leading a successful team who lead others is critical.

A background which includes experience within a technical, science, or commercial environment would be highly advantageous in this role. It is envisaged that you will have relevant degree-level qualifications (or equivalent) relating to Management and/ or Science and potentially Post Graduate Management qualifications.
