This role involves broad responsibilities including assisting in the development of partnerships with dealer , establishing and optimizing the operational systems in compliance with the New Zealand government and automotive industrial legislations and rules. The role may involve liaising and working with the appointed SAIC distributor/importer in New Zealand.
Responsibilities:

According to the company overall strategic business planning, formulate the corresponding NZ business planning, to ensure that the best investment in business opportunities.
•Make targeted market commercial policies, guide and help the dealers to improve their sales quality and make sure they can effectively carry out the local market activities.
•Articulating and up-selling key product features and benefits to grow profitable sales within your region
•Implement marketing promotion activities according to the markets need in collaboration with the marketing team
• Timely handle customer complaints to improve customer satisfaction by coordinating the after sales team
• Partner and contract the local vendors to support the business operation in the region
•Ensure the compliance with the New Zealand government and automotive industrial legislations and rules
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a business leader in automobile industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skill
- A natural style of accountability when managing multiple projects and delivering to deadlines
- A collaborative and customer first approach to the development and execution of strategies which improve performance across the brand
