As Branch Manager you will proactively lead the Hamilton team including sales, administration and roofing staff. You will be passionate about developing a cohesive working environment focused on the team delivering a quality output and excellent customer service. Reporting to the General Manager, and as a part of the wider management team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of all services throughout the wider Waikato region. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery to clients whilst maintaining the administrative functions, budgets and financial reporting critical to effective branch operations.
To be successful in this role you will have
- Proven operational management experience
- Ability to lead and motivate staff to achieve results
- Ideally have a roofing, construction or property maintenance background
- Effective communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
- The ability to manage necessary financial and administrative duties of the role
- A reasonable level of computer literacy
- A genuine passion for developing high performing teams
