What's the role?
Hilti is growing and we are now looking for a proactive Hilti Store representative to join our Wellington store!
What does the role involve?
It's a challenging, hands-on role, where you'll demonstrate our products, cross-sell our software and services, and advise customers on the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs. You'll have broad product knowledge across the complete Hilti catalogue, along with the day to day running of the Hilti Store. Which includes inventory management, store system and process housekeeping, order entry and cash reconciliation.
All activities are performed with the ultimate objective of providing an excellent Customer experience and driving the Hilti Brand. Achieving Store sales targets, using consultative selling.
Day to day store housekeeping including
- Inventory Management
- Cash Reconciliation
- System audits and monitoring
- General store upkeep.
Interaction with all areas of the business and cross functional collaboration.
Day to day problem solving and resolution of general customer enquiries.
Some travel throughout New Zealand.
