Sales Manager
Commercial Solutions & Transport Safety Division
 
As Sales Manager for Commercial Solutions and Transport Safety Divisions for one of the world’s most recognisable brands the opportunities for success are almost limitless. This is an organisation that delivers sustainable growth whilst inventing a brighter tomorrow.
 
Reporting to the Industrial Markets Manager you will be responsible for leading, developing and driving sales growth with a fresh and energetic team. This is a critical role and your unwavering passion, professionalism and relationship management will be pivotal in managing major channel partners and distributors.
 
This is not your average run of the mill role and as such encompasses a wide range of business exposure. Ideally you have experience within the graphics and industrial industries and understand specification work with direct fabricators.
 
What the role entails:
  • Developing and executing sales plans
  • Leading, training, motivating and mentoring the team
  • Execute sales productivity and effectiveness
  • Manage major channel partners
  • Manage and build relationships with H/O’s, senior level influencers and Brand Owners, facilitating specification and project management
  • Lead by example and drive sales
 
To be considered you will:
  • Have proven people and sales management experience, or be able to demonstrate capability to step into a sales leadership role
  • A proven track record in identifying and winning new business
  • Excellent time management and planning skills
  • Be technically savvy and think outside the square
  • Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Have the ability to travel both nationally and to Australia
