About this Role:
 
The primary objective of the role is to drive growth for our business through the representation of our product range to the specification industry by developing and fostering relationships with Consultants, Specifiers, designers, and developers.
 
You will have success working with clients in the specification market with the ability to open new accounts and drive specifications with influencers and decision-makers.
 
You are passionate, devoted, and have the drive to win are critical for this position, experience in solution and value-based consultative sales required.
 
Experience in the plumbing or building industry will be an advantage, along with an understanding of the specification industry, effective presentation skills, and a drive to win.
 
With this, you will effectively manage and track projects, and proactively drive action toward a positive result.

Some of the things you will be doing:
  • Building relationships with our customers to better understand their unique business needs
  • Execute the Plumbing World brand professionally, drive sales and ensure best practice
  • Achievement of sales targets in line with KPI’s
  • Excellent execution of brand activity within accounts and engagement with key clients
  • Working with new and existing clients to increase market penetration in your region
  • Reach and exceed sales targets for Plumbing World products and drive sales in the region
As a natural relationship builder, you will proactively develop new business and your outgoing personality will enable you to prepare, present and close sales presentations to key clients ensuring that they have the best products to meet their needs.
 
Skills and experience
  • Account management and planning
  • Lead, develop and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Identifying additional development and engaging directly with relevant stakeholders
  • Deliver commercially viable sales plans in line with the overall company sales strategy
  • You’ll have a demonstrated track record of success in selling into the Architectural space at specification stage dealing with designers, architects, and consultants.
