Call Centre Operator
PAE is a market leader in Facility Management and Operational Support services throughout New Zealand. We offer clients a complete solutions service of the highest calibre. We require the services of a Call Centre Operator to join a dynamic team based at our National Office in Lower Hutt.
You will be a key member of the team which provides superior customer service support and administration to our clients.
Job tasks and responsibilities:
- Communicating with internal and external parties by managing requests throughout their lifecycle through to a successful resolution.
- Proactively manage and take responsibility for work orders to ensure they are satisfactorily resolved within its contracted timeframes.
- Proactively communicate with the client and their personnel, providing professional and timely liaison, so that the requestor feels fully informed and engaged, as to the status of their request.
Skills and experience
- Skills using computer systems and software is critical
- Good interpersonal skills with a demonstrated commitment to customer service and capability to deal with a wide range of people
- Great work ethic, motivation and drive
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
