As a critical member of the team you will provide essential organizational skills, attention to detail and dynamic, adaptable attitude.  You will be the glue that supports the external sales team and keeps them running like a well-oiled machine so they can continue to grow the business in the field. With growing demands of the business we want to deliver our promises and with greater demand on external consultants we feel it's critical to have the internal sales support team in office to fulfill the customer's needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and requirements by asking great questions and deliver confidence to clients
  • Ability to follow procedures on costings sheets and savvy with numbers
  • Produce well-presented proposals alongside the team and on behalf of the sales consultants.
  • Strong on follow up clients and delivery on your promises
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Skill in progressing the client to the next step of the sales process

Requirements:

  • A very willing and eager attitude to learn
  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Strong Team Player
  • Experience working with Netsuite.com or similar CRM/ERP systems
  • Strong listener, excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Able to handle pressure when the heat is on!
