This 8 month maternity cover customer service role is the opportunity for you to get your foot in the door in the world of FMCG and gain some exposure to logistics at the same time.
Client Details
Our client is a Global FMCG company that develops industry leading food and beverages. They have been in the market for over 150 years and are growing yearly with their iconic brands on the market. This role is an 8 month maternity cover contract and reports into a supportive manager.
Description
In this role you will be an active participant in achieving the expected service delivery levels for the business. You will be the conduit for the Consumer Care Contact Team for NZ and responsible for providing order management, including returns and delivery enquires. In this role you will be responsible for setting up new business accounts when required and managing all credit hold customers. You will be striving to improve the customer service process within the company.
Profile
You will:
- Have previous customer service experience
- Have high energy levels and be able to handle pressure when setting out to meet deadlines
- Have effective communication abilities and be proactive in your work approach
- Be a team player
- Ideally have knowledge of SAP
