Your new role

We are looking for our next dynamic high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our client acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for managing our Sales team and maximizing their potential, as well as closing high-value deals across a range of industries.

 

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Experience in managing a sales team with a solid track record - Great motivator and role model!

  • Achieving growth and exceeding sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

  • Coaching with the "On The Fly" method 

  • Pipeline forecast management

  • Technical ability on Salesforce is highly desirable

  • Conducting frequent sales calls to key stakeholders and influencers

  • Delivering consistently strong results using your strong closing skills

  • Sales Campaign planning

  • Excellent interpersonal skills (approachable, positive, motivated, go-getter attitude!)
