To be successful in this position you will need to be motivated, customer focused and enjoy the day to day challenges of working to exceed your customers expectations. The company sells a wide range of quality brands from hinges through to complex electronic access systems. It’s a very busy role, so you need to be able to juggle multiple tasks at once and think on your feet.
Key Responsibilities
- Extensive knowledge of architectural hardware from simple hinges and handles through to complex technology
- Retail and commercial customers as well as residential projects
- Maintenance of the showroom and warehouse standards
- Rostered on duty every 3rd Saturday
Skills, Experience and Personal Attributes
- Proven experience and extensive knowledge of residential and commercial hardware
- Knowledge and experience in the building industry or architectural field would be advantageous
- Provide exceptional service to individuals and commercial customers
- You are someone who uses your initiative and is well organized
- Excellent communicator with great listening skills
- Some training is available for the right individual
- You have a positive attitude, are happy to work independently as well as part of a busy team
