Cyclone is a trusted ICT hardware, software and services supplier to New Zealand Tertiary Institutions, Schools, Commercial and Government agencies.

We are looking for an organised, customer focused sales support or customer services person that is reliable, helpful, friendly and all about customer satisfaction.

  • This is considered an internal sales support position with a focus on supporting Cyclone customers and outbound sales staff with processing orders and quotes
  • The ideal applicant will have a genuine interest and the ability to understand basic desktop hardware specifications and IT peripherals information

To be successful you will have some or all of the following experiences:

  • Have had recent successful experience at customer service and or sales
  • Experience or a genuine interest in computer hardware

Overall duties:

  • Carry out general quoting and customer support duties as required
  • Follow up outstanding customer orders
  • Email and phone contacts with updates as required
  • Help manage database for customers and keep updated
  • Carry out administrative duties in support of our customers

Strong customer service focus and communication skills are integral to your success in this role, coupled with the right attitude and desire to work within a friendly and focused team.
