AccorHotels are currently seeking a Director of Sales for our Luxury Hotels across New Zealand, Fiji & French Polynesia.

This role is primarily focused on developing, leading, and executing the top line performance for the Luxury & Upscale Hotels in New Zealand, Fiji & French Polynesia. In addition this role includes the management of a team, designated accounts, partnership development and a high level of collaboration with the General Managers in our hotel. Reporting to the Area Director of Sales & Marketing you will be working in close liaison with the AccorHotels Regional and Global Sales teams.

You will be responsible for leading the development of knowledge and implementation of best practice in the Luxury and Upscale Hotels in New Zealand, Fiji & French Polynesia. As Director of Sales for Luxury Hotels you will strive  to deliver above market performance, further enhancing AccorHotels market share in designated locations.

Leading the Luxury Hotel sales team this role is responsible for delivering rooms, food & beverage and meetings/incentive related revenue, implementation and the development of partnerships. You will also be required to assist in the development of the Annual Business Plan and Financial Budget for each Hotel.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 8 years of luxury sales experience and at least 5 years in the luxury hospitality industry. To be successful in this role you must have strong business Acumen and Analysis skills and demonstrated results-driven leadership skills who is organised and pro-active with strong communication skills. This role also requires the successful candidate to be able to travel as required and work outside normal business hours.
