We are seeking a Customer Support Representative for Activata Prepay Limited.
Activata, a progressive business is looking for a super star Customer Support Representative to join our team on a full time basis. Activata helps Partners to easily connect with consumers at convenience store level. Partners can reach consumers quicker by tapping into our robust activation, payment and display network which includes thousands of NZ Retailers.
Our Role:
Your goal is to achieve call targets and maintain quality standards ensuring customer satisfaction at all times and looking at ways to enhance the customer experience by continuously looking to improve our service and remaining one step ahead of our competitors. You will have a competitive style with a natural passion for winning and delivering beyond customer expectations.
You Have:
- A good level of computer literacy
- Natural ability to build relationships
- Determination and tenacity
- Great inter-personal and communication skills to effectively assist customers and co-workers
- An Excellent command of the English language
- The ability to speak Hindi or mandarin is an advantage
- Great attention to detail and produce accurate results
- Superb time management and multitasking skills
- A "roll your sleeves up attitude" to pitch in and help out others in your team
