Position description:

Determine product mix, stock levels and service standards
Help with purchasing, advertising, sales and credit policy decisions
Assist in setting prices
Maintain stock levels and financial transaction records
Able to work according to budget
Promoting and advertising of products
Plans and organizes staff duties
Assists with hiring, training and supervision of staff
Customer services such as selling products and providing advice on products
Complies with occupational health and safety regulations of the shop
Assist other staff as and when required

Job requirements:

Diploma in business graduates or higher
Two to three years of sales and retail related experience within the seafood industry is required
Good communication skills
In good health
